It supports proper barrier function by protecting the lipid barrier with antioxidants that inhibit lipid peroxidation, while the pre/ probiotic complex maintains microfloral balance.

This cleanser is free of ingredients that could impede the skin’s ability to maintain its own lipid, essential fatty acid and microbial balances. Biomimetic in design, it contains no essential oils, microcidal preservatives, or ethoxylated compounds.
